Applicants must:

• Be at least 25 years of age.

• Demonstrate the ability to live independently without 24-hour supervision.

• Have a verifiable source of income or approved funding.

• Be willing and able to live respectfully in a shared living environment.

• Agree to comply with all house rules, policies, and community expectations.

• Be capable of maintaining personal hygiene and basic housekeeping responsibilities.
